Meet-and-Greet at your home with Alex & Anna.
Concept Agreement prepared and implemented to establish a preliminary idea of the project scope, layout, and cost -- Usually between $400-$1,000 depending upon the type and size of project. Deliverables include: as-built measure and drawings of the relevant space, multiple floor layout options further discussion with client regarding lifestyle relating to the space, and a project cost estimate of give or take 8%.
Preliminary Concept & Estimate presented to the client and typically further discussion with the client regarding use of the new space to move into Design Agreement.
Design Agreement prepared and implemented (except for smaller projects where a concept design provides sufficient detail for a project construction agreement to be created). During this phase, further detail is established for cabinets, material selections, floor layout, elevation details, etc. These costs are usually associated with larger, more complex projects and can be roughly 2% of the overall project cost
Construction Agreement is prepared including scope of work, drawings, project timeline, contractor and owner duties, payment schedule, etc.
Construction Planning includes blueprint refinement, final product selections, project workflow details (how living in or near a construction site will look for you :)
